Mensana Movement Terms and Conditions (updated February 26th 2019)
Personal coaching / behaviour change coaching
We deliver highly-tailored and research-based sessions and programmes that are designed to help you move in the right direction in making long-lasting health behaviour change.
These session may from time to time include suggestions for undertaking specific physical activities, based on sound knowledge and experience in the field of physical training. However, the sessions do not represent any form of formal physical training, and Mensana Movement will not be held liable for any injury resulting from physical activity undertaken on the basis of these suggestions. It is assumed that the client will always ensure their own physical safety and, where necessary, consult the health professionals or activity trainers.
Conducting Mensana Movement sessions
Here at the Mensana Movement, we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. As a small business, this is necessary to allow for a high level of customer service and session quality for all clients, in addition to ensuring that all session time slots are filled to make the business sustainable.
Please review our cancellation information below before booking an appointment with us. By booking an appointment with us you are accepting the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please do get in touch at email@example.com or 0221740904.
Arriving to sessions
Sometimes, being late is outside your control. In these circumstances, we strive to give you a full and complete session, but please be aware that if there is limited time available, the session may be shortened. Arriving more than 25 minutes late will result in the session being cancelled and you will be charged for the full session.
If you need to cancel your appointment please contact Matt via text, phone call, or email at least 24 hours in advance.
Please note that we are likely to have turned down other clients to make time available for you. Therefore, any cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice (or no-shows) will still incur the full session fee. A 24-hour notice of cancellation also allows us to offer your session time to another client who may have otherwise missed out.
If the reason for short notice cancellations (less than 24 hours) is a genuine illness (yourself or a significant other), we reserve the right to charge 50% of your session fee.
Payment for Mensana Movement personal coaching sessions are to be made as per invoice, which is generated by Hnry.co.nz and emailed to you. Payment via cash or direct credit into the Mensana Movement bank account can be arranged - please contact us if this is your preferred option.
Payment is required within 14 days, or a late fee will be incurred ($15 per day).
We reserve the right to commence legal proceedings to recover overdue payments not made within 14 days. You will be responsible for any associated legal fees and/or collection costs.
Mensana Movement will notify any debt collection/credit reporting agency of the default.
