one-to-one sessions

Suitable for: Individuals who have tried and struggled in the past to achieve their health and wellness goals.

All Mensana Movement sessions are tailored to what you want to cover. We delve deep into your lifestyle habits and address strategies and long-term solutions to common barriers to maintaining physical and psychological health.

These sessions can include:

  • Action planning

  • Mindful meditation

  • Exercise scheduling

  • Goal-setting

  • Deep motivation work

  • Increasing accountability.

These sessions are not gym-based. Sessions last for 50 minutes, unless otherwise stated.

We aim for mensana coaching to be as accessible to as many people as possible. Contact us to find out what deals we have at the moment.

We are based in Dunedin city centre, New Zealand.

We offer home visits or we can come to you at any convenient location (additional travel costs may apply, discussed prior to session).

Online Personal coachinG

We may be physically based in Dunedin, NZ, but our personal coaching is available wherever there is an internet connection.

Skype or Zoom support

Weekly, fortnightly, or monthly consultations, including updated action plans to keep your health, wellness and exercise plans on track.
