How many sessions do i need?
This is completely down to the individual. Some people may need a small injection of motivation, others benefit from a more sustained programme. We can spread several sessions over the course of weeks or months.
Following the initial consultation, we will have a better idea of where you are.
What sort of activities do you offer?
There are a number of ways to approach becoming and staying active. We use only those that have been proven by research and experience to successful behaviour change. Some examples include: innovative goal-setting and monitoring techniques, mindfulness-based approaches, and tapping into the best types of motivation for successful change.
