No so much of a blog this time, but a podcast announcement.
One of the great things about working in a co-working space (big shout-out to Petridish in Dunedin) is the people you meet. Two of these people I’ve been very luck to have met have been Jo Tiszavari from Truce Meditation and Adrienne Buckingham of Adapting Brains. You can see more of what they do on their respective websites, but we all share a professional interest in health, wellbeing, and mindfulness, and would find ourselves having conversations around the coffee table. One day, someone suggested that we make a podcast. So this is what we did, with the amazing help of Otago Access Radio.
It’s always difficult to know how a podcast will really work, and it seems that there are podcasts on just about any topic these days. I personally think this is great, and offers a great platform for discussion. Now, on a monthly basis (more or less), the three of us come together and chat about one topic in particular. The first one, being in January, was focused on change. The promise of new years’ resolutions and the like.
